Whether the Aircraft is encumbered or is naked FAS are able to provide current market values (CMV) and future market values (FMV) against popular commercial Aircraft types, including business jets.

FAS subscribe to the ethics and standards of the International Society of Transport Aircraft Trading (ISTAT), of which the Company is a member, and completes all appraisals to the Society’s published guidelines.  Appraisals completed by FAS are prepared and issued by a Senior ISTAT Certified Appraiser. 

 FAS offer the following types of appraisals:

(1) Desk top CMV for a specific Aircraft.

(2) The same as (1) and with maintenance status adjustments

(3) The same as (2) together with the results of a physical inspection taken into consideration. (Normally this type of appraisal is completed as part of audit).

(4) Lease encumbered valuation
