Fintech selected to complete pre-lease audit
Fintech Aviation Services is pleased to announce that it is has been selected by Middle Eastern investor Al-Rajhi Holdings to complete a pre-purchase lease audit as part of the company's due diligence during lease negotiations with a potential lessee. Fintech successfully completed the audit , which comprised of assessing the engineering and flight operations departments, in order to determine the ability of the airline to operate the aircraft safely and in accordance with local and international regulations.
Fintech's Managing Director, Oliver Stuart-Menteth, notes that "more and more leasing companies are requesting pre-lease audits as, apart from being good company practise, there is a move amongst the legal community in certain situations, to use lessors lack of due-diligence to their advantage."
