Fintech Aviation Services is pleased to announce that it has recently concluded a delivery project on behalf of Lessor CALC. The project required Fintech to provide assistance with the delivery of 4 A320 Aircraft to operators within China.
Fintech Aviation Services is pleased to confirm the delivery of one A300-600 F to new entrant Silk Road. Fintech were contracted by Silk Road to provide delivery assistance.
Fintech Aviation Services is pleased to announce that it has been selected by leading German financier Hamburger EmissionsHaus GmbH & Cie. KG as Technical Manager of their fleet of Bombardier CRJ 1000 regional aircraft. The Aircraft are currently on lease to regional carrier Air Nostrum of Spain. Oliver Stuart-Menteth, Managing Director of Fintech Aviation Services said "We are delighted that HEH has chosen, once again, Fintech in order to provide a cost effective programme that will ultimately protect residual value and ensure marketability of the asset. Fintech Aviation Services is pleased to confirm that, as part of an impending sale, the Company recently completed a survey and maintenance adjusted appraisal of a Gulfstream G450 on behalf of a Middle Eastern investor. One transaction also required the management of a PW4000 engine through a shop visit in order to comply with delivery conditions. Fintech Aviation Services is pleased to announce that it is has been selected by a Middle Eastern investor to complete a pre-purchase lease audit as part of the company's due diligence during lease negotiations with a potential lessee. Fintech successfully completed the Sudan based audit , which comprised of assessing the engineering and flight operations departments, in order to determine the ability of the airline to operate the aircraft safely and in accordance with local and international regulations.

Fintech's Managing Director, Oliver Stuart-Menteth, notes that "more and more leasing companies are requesting pre-lease audits as, apart from being good company practise, there is a move amongst the legal community in certain situations, to use lessors lack of due-diligence to their advantage." Fintech is pleased to announce that it has been selected by Frankfurt based lessor Deutsche Structured Finance (DSF) to provide re-delivery services. The contract covers various aircraft that are being transitioned within Europe.
Fintech is pleased to announce that it has been selected by leading lessor World Star Aviation to complete a pre-purchase audit of 11 Aircraft. The project requires the assessment of the Aircraft and a review of the associated documentation. The Aircraft are distributed throughout Europe and China.
FAS is pleased to announce that it has been retained by the technical department of Jetairfly in order to partake in an internal project. FAS will be required to work on site and in close liaison with all departments within the airline on technical and commercial issues.
Fintech is pleased to announce that it has secured an asset management contract with leading Middle East airline Qatar Airways. The original contract required that FAS project manage the phase out of Qatar's A300 passenger fleet however this has now been extended to include additional aircraft throughout 2009.
